Thoughts on Cauliflower

People have been growing cabbages and differentiating the strains for thousands of years, so exactly who came up with cauliflower is a mystery. It was a tremendously successful development, however, and they're one of the most popular vegetables in Italian markets from November to May. More about them (they're very healthy), and a number of tasty recipes.
