Mention Italy and most people think of sun -- sun in the city, and sun on the beaches, and though the this picture is accurate in July it certainly isn't now -- this week we had snow on the beaches, and inland too. What to do? Turn to the oven; baked pasta will do a fine job of keeping the chill outside where it belongs. Some ideas:
