Got Lamb Chops?

For some reason I'm less likely to buy lamb than other meats when I'm planning a cookout. A big mistake on my part, because the Italian for grilled lamb chops, agnello scottadito (finger-burning lamb), gives an idea of just how tasty they are. A few recipes:
- Agnello Marinato: Lamb prepared with a zesty, minty marinade. A modern recipe.
