The Weekly Menu:
Hurry Hurry Hurry!

There are times when you can take your time about preparing your meal, and times when you simply cannot. Some ideas for the latter occasions:

An Antipasto:

Caper Crostini
Quick, easy, and zesty -- ideal before the meal, or to perk flagging appetites during.

Pasta:

Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
The one dish almost all Italian men know how to make.

Penne alla Vodka
A quick, creamy tomato sauce with a special something added.

Spaghetti Col Tonno
The marriage of spaghetti and tuna is quick and tasty.

Spaghetti alle Vongole
Spaghetti with clam sauce -- the quintessential summer dish, perfect either at home or while camping.

Secondi:

Piccata di Vitello al Prezzemolo
A Milanese dish made with veal cutlets (or scaloppini) & prosciutto in a zesty lemon-and-parsely sauce.

Saltimbocca alla Romana
The classic Roman way of making cutlets, with sage and prosciutto.

Pollo alla Cacciatora
Everybody has a recipe for Chicken Cacciatore, and they're all different. Here are two, one simple (and quick) and the other more elaborate.

Salads Galore
Nothing refreshes more than a good salad when it's hot out! They're quick, too.

Il Dessert

Budino Di Semolino
A quick, easy pudding well suited to a family meal.
