Question Number 10

Ippolito Cavalcanti?
No.

He was a Neapolitan noble with a passion for cooking. In 1847 he published a book that codified Neapolitan upper class to aristocratic cooking of the time, and revised it repeatedly throughout the rest of his life. A fascinating book, but one that a modern cook would find difficult to work from given how involved many of the recipes are.
