Browned, roasted chicken, redone on top of the stove with garlic and lemon. Tasty!
Veal Sorrentino
Cutlets with prosciutto, eggplant and mozzarella done in a marinara sauce (with some other things added).
Red Snapper alla Livornese
Snapper cooked in tomato sauce with olives and capers (in Livorno you will also find it with just tomato and hot pepper).
Fresh Fruit Frappe
All sorts of fruit including melon and watermelon, whirred in a blender with ice. Also a good base for a daiquiri.
Minted Melon Balls
More Near-Eastern than Italian, but it looks nice and will be quite elegant
