Watermelon is an excellent base for making a shake, and this fruit shake is another fine summer treat. The yield will depend upon how big your slices of fruit are.

Ingredients:
- A ripe yellow peach, blanched, peeled, and pitted
- A slice of watermelon, rinded, chopped and seeded
- A slice of melon, rinded and chopped
- The juice of half a lemon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Preparation:
Whir the cantaloupe and watermelon in a blender, and then add the reamingin ingredients and whir again until the shake is uniformly liquid and creamy.
Pour it into glasses and serve at once.
Variation: Replace the peach with a mango.
