Peach and Watermelon Shake Recipe - Frullato di Pesca e Cocomero

Watermelon is an excellent base for making a shake, and this fruit shake is another fine summer treat. The yield will depend upon how big your slices of fruit are.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 3 minutes

Ingredients:

  • A ripe yellow peach, blanched, peeled, and pitted
  • A slice of watermelon, rinded, chopped and seeded
  • A slice of melon, rinded and chopped
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Preparation:

Whir the cantaloupe and watermelon in a blender, and then add the reamingin ingredients and whir again until the shake is uniformly liquid and creamy.

Pour it into glasses and serve at once.

Variation: Replace the peach with a mango.
