Watermelon is an excellent base for making a shake, and this fruit shake is another fine summer treat. The yield will depend upon how big your slices of fruit are.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 slice papaya, peeled and seeded
- A large slice of watermelon, rinded, seeded and chopped
- The juice of a lemon
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Preparation:
Combine the fruit, sugar and lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Add a half glass of ice water and blend for a few seconds more. Pour the shake into a glass and serve at once.
