Classic North Italian Lasagna Recipe - Lasagne alla Bolognese

Sprinkle the lasagna liberally with freshly grated cheese. You can use either Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano -- it's your choice -- but do grate it or buy it freshly grated. The stuff from a can will not do the recipe justice.
