Cooking a Steak

Use a Teryaki marinade!

By , About.com Guide

Don writes, from Hawaii:

There is, on the market, something called Mr. Yoshida's original sauce. This is a pre-fabed teriyaki sauce that comes as close to the real thing as you will ever try and should you choose to not use salt when frying your steak,(because the sauce has a shoyu base and is salty), and the idea of having a teriyaki steak enters your mind, then simply either baste the steak, or marinate it in mr. Yoshida's sauce for 15 minutes before frying.
