Once you have toasted the rice, return the flavorings to the pot if you removed them. Next, add the wine, in a thin stream. As is the case with the stock or broth, it should be heated -- I put the measuring cup in the microwave for a minute.

I added about a half cup of wine to each of the risotti.

After adding the wine, cook, stirring.

Make certain all the wine evaporates before you add more liquid, because if you don't the risotto will taste more of wine than you might want.
