This lemon and apple marmalade is quite easy, and quite refreshing. You'll need:

Cook Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 pounds (1 k) organically grown lemons
- 1 1/3 pounds (600 g) sugar
- 2/5 cup brandy
- A large apple
Preparation:
Wash the lemons and slice them thinly. Grate the apple and combine it with the lemon and the sugar in a pot; set it on the fire and bring it to a slow boil; cook the fruit for 30 minutes. Remove the marmalade from the fire, stir in the brandy, and transfer the marmalade to sterilized jars. Seal them, let them cool, and put them in your pantry.
Yield: several jars of lemon and apple marmalade.
