Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 pounds (500 g) small zucchini
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 1/2 ounces (60 g) walnut meats
- 1/2 a bouillon cube (vegetable if you want)
- Salt
- White pepper
Preparation:
Trim the tips of the zucchini, wash them, and pat them dry, then slice them thinly. Melt the butter over a low flame, then stir in the zucchini. Crumble the bouillon cube over them, season with a dash of pepper, stir gently, cover, and cook over a very low flame for a half hour. In the meantime, mince the nutmeats. Add them to the pot, stirring gently, five minutes before the zucchini are done.
