What Kind of Pizza?
Italian - American Pizza made from scratch at home in America. The pizza is not too thin and the crust is nice and chewy. I make the dough in a food processor and I use rapid rise yeast. The dough comes together in 2-3 minutes and proofs in about twenty minutes, so you can have fresh pizza dough any time you want.
